Don't use them! No customer service whatsoever! Book Direct! My Dad booked 15 people with this company, specifically with Christine Liu and it was the most painful experience we've ever had with any travel professional. After they took payment, any requests we put we got one answer "Do it on ship." We had to go looking for different rooms and it felt like she was doing us a favor in changing the rooms over. It was never their responsibility, if we had a comment about something, her answer was "I told your Dad, he didn't do it." ...knowing full well that these were changes that were asked for later. We could see room availability on Holland America's website but she couldn't (wouldn't?). We couldn't deal with Holland America directly because we started with this idiotic company. Any special arrangements were handled by us directly through HA or once we got on board. They simply want to book you, take your money and then that's the limit of service they give. MOST STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS FIRM AND AGENT!
