This is a small independent travel agency recommended to us by someone works in the airline business. She helped us change our flight 4 times, 3 times by us and once by the airline. In addition, we were provided with detail COVID requirements for both destination country and returning to Canada. The level of customer service provided by her is exceptional, frankly beyond expectation. A solid 5-star. The building is located next to Metrotown. Parking at rear of the building. Bus stops nearby.
