Flight Centre Metrotown

Very pleasant experience at this location. We booked our trip at this flight centre to Riviera Maya 4 weeks with Brahem and we could not be happier with both the service we received at the agency and at the resort in Mexico. I also want here to thank Brahem for both getting us a very good deal on the package and making sure we get 2 separate beds for me and my mom at the hotel. we will book here again.

I can't imagine booking anywhere else. I always go to Deedee Sixto and all I have to do is pick the dates and country I want to go to and she does the rest. She handles all the details so all I have to do is enjoy my trip!

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, BOOK DIRECT" was the lesson I learned. Went there on 2017 JUL-29 to book air to China from Vancouver. The booking agent (Brahim Jounh) quoted certain fare which was $200 more expensive than if booking direct from the airline (Air-Canada) -- it was exactly the same itinerary! After being pointed out, the agent actually went on their website and confirmed - yes, the fare was available for booking. My request to price match that Flight Centre "guarantees" was rather rudely denied. "That ticket is not in the system" was the given "reason". Instead I was offered a telephone number of Air Canada to book the ticket myself! Sad and disappointed - wasted my time going there (half day). My email to Flight Center asking for explanations remained unanswered. Ironically, I am now getting these Google pop-up ads with Flight Centre offering Low-Price guarantee - such a joke. Afterwards I booked air direct from Air-Canada of course, not only cheaper as posted, but also 100% refundable within 24hrs (in case of spelling mistakes) which FC never offers.
