The lady that runs this is so wonderful she is amazing and so sweet. She does what ever she can do to make the customer happy!

If there was a negative rating this place sure would get mine...oh an for sure check your things for rats. We found things chewed up and rat dropping inside the furniture I just burnt all of it. I know it's really hard to find storage but really avoid this place of you can. Oh and if you do have to rent there DO NOT do auto pay. Mail them a check greedy &%@!#?/+... Get my point.

***Potential renters beware*** If I could give a negative numerical review, I would. On site manager is extremely rude, on EVERY phone conversation. The final straw: I called to make my payment and she told me she didn't have time to help me. Which resulted in a late charge being added by the time she had time to take my payment(due to weekend, and business hours etc.). So I asked for the owners information to speak with him. He seemed nice enough, and waived the late fee as a 1 time courtesy. Vrry kind of him! So as I was speaking with her to make payment, she disregarded the debit card I provided for this payment and instead decided to use the card I had on file(blatant fraud, as she even repeated the correct card number back to me). When I realized this happened I called to have payment reversed and charged to correct card. At this point she very smugly tells me I'd she does that, she will have to charge me the late fee. (Owner has since confirmed that is not in fact their policy) Then 4 days later I receive a notice to vacate by the end of the month!! I called to find out why, and she told me the owner issues these notices. So I called the Owner (Jack). He had to call the office to find out why I was receiving this eviction notice.... He called me back and said that his manager had listed all kinds of bogus claims about me coming there and causing problems (I live hours away, and haven't been to the facility in over a year), and that the eviction will stand. That's fine. I'd rather give my money to a company who doesn't allow their customers to be treated this way by their employees. I'm not sad about losing the unit, just extremely frustrated with the money it will cost me to travel there and move my belongings. Potential renters beware!!!!

This place is shady, people going in and out on bicycles while smoking (even though there is a no smoking policy,) they'll raise your rates even though they can't properly light the place or fix anything that is lacking, but don't challenge them! They'll call you a liar. Please go elsewhere. For your own sake, and your wallets.

Straight up service. If you don't need heated storage quite recommendable.
