U-Haul Moving & Storage of Umpqua Valley

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I am a pretty patient and easy going person and hate leaving these. The guy was very rude I believe his name was Andrew. I went in on a Wednesday and asked if there was a possibility of getting a 6X12 trailer. He said tomorrow (Thursday) at 12 there will be one. I show up Thursday at 12:15 and a different guy (Andrew) says we don’t have it and basically said I was SOL and he did not care one bit. He was very rude and I had mentioned I won’t be coming here anymore and he said “that’s fine” and raised his hands so I walked out. I have worked in customer service and this is NOT how you treat a customer unless you want to lose them. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Sad..

My husband often rents trailers and loves this place. I happened to be with him there the other day when we discovered someone had stolen his hitch right off the truck. Super employee simply loaned us one!

Service reps were fast and friendly. Truck renters keep in mind that, in addition to the daily truck rental, there are commercial usage fees and their insurance is charged daily (which is quite high). Corporate mileage allowances are not per day but per contract and are not a part of fuel usage, but wear and tear. This particular representative location has great staff, central location and extended operating hours.

Great customer service. Had our hitch brake installed and Rod did an amazing job. Very professional here, and great customer service. Always our go to place for sure.
