Teller named Terry: flat out rude and not helpful. Could have been a little more caring and compassionate. Even if I'm in the wrong, Terry could've acted more kindly instead of being abruptly sharp, impersonal, and careless. A bad review can go further than a good one. Here you have it. Been a long time customer and this is the first time of this kind of treatment. Very dissatisfied.
