Chase Bank

I wish I could give it to zero Stars f*** this place and everyone that works there I just opened an account not even a month ago and I came in today to try to cash my check in the advanced ATM or whatever and I put my check in to not be able to get any money back today then to wait a half hour for a banker to tell me she could give me $100 today falsely because they couldn't even do that. How do you call yourself a professional business or a bank at that when you let down your customers constantly. I would think anywhere else possible

I have banked at Chase for more than 20 years in three different states. I have always had good service until now. At the branch on Sprague, there are always a lot of suits standing and sitting around but never enough tellers. The wait time is excessive. Everyone complains but nothing is done. It has been two months since I started using this branch so this is not a one time problem. Today the line was nearly out the door. There were seven cars stacked up at the drive-thru. My advice, go to the branch at Fred Meyer on Sullivan or switch to Banner.

After calling 17 times over 2 days. I finally got an appointment for two hours later then what i asked for. This place is unorganized. I only had to go here because they are the only chase that issues instant cards. I DO NOT and WILL NEVER recommend this branch to anyone ever. Truly atrocious experience.

Slowest chase bank I've ever been to. Expect 25-35 min wait if you have to go inside.

It's a bank. They accept deposits, and withdrawals. If you use the ATM, you're in and out in under 5 min.
