Chase Bank

2nd very bad service from Stacy. As I walk up to the counter with my card out, she said what do you want.?? She handed my money to me in a sealed envelope that I had to open and count back to myself in front of her to verify the correct funds. With all the fees you pay to bank there, you would hope to have better customer service. I will be closing my account and bank somewhere else!!

While they did their job, the Tellers behavior is far to fragile. Let me explain what I mean with that. I came to cash my check, that my old landlord provided to me. Due to some policies i had to wait , now this wasn't the tellers fault, but i only had a brief time to get things done, and this was holding me up. When all went through she asked for my ID again, so i gave her my ID and casually threw my debit card on her counter. With that her behavior went from content to very hostile, and almost cry babish. Almost like I insulted her. Yes my demeanor was piss poor, but her mentality to deal with customer's is far to weak. Best way to deal with an annoyed or irrate individual is showing empathy to their circumstance, and relating back with them. What you don't do is say "do you want me to cash the check or leave?" 1 out of 5 because i have run into multiple issues with chase bank, and she finally pulled the last string for me.

Do not go to this bank they won't give u ur money when u need it my lights are going to be off and as soon as I can get my money from them I'm closing my account

Stellar personal service! Probably THE best bank of the Chase banking system that I have utilized. They answer their phone promptly, open their mail in a timely manner & provide personalized service. Flexibility & reliability appears to be their "corner stone".
