U-Pack

Great moving experience with U-Pack. Everything worked out as expected. Communication is very good so I didn't ever wonder where our trailers were. We needed two but only used 7 feet of the second one. It is great that they only charge you for what you use. The trailers are pretty tall but the ramps are very good quality that helps the loading/unloading. Overall it has been a good experience. Much better than our last move using a moving company that sub-contracted all the work. we had paid twice as much and had a lot of damaged furniture.

absolutley the worst moving experiece ever. My Mothers trailer was loaded in Bowling Green KY on Tue last week. its now Thu 9 days later and my 75 year old Mother is still sleeping on the floor and I cant get a straght answer as to when it will be there. I get hung up on everytime I call. I would never recommend this CO. to my worst enemy. I had to finally call them and tell them to just deliver to her door because I keep taking days off work and lining up help just to be told its not going to be there until tomorrow, then you have to be there between 7 -9 am because nobody is onsite except the truck driver. I have a 2 hr drive just to the delivery depot so I have to call at 8am when they open to find out if its there. Do the math. I wo8uld have to on the road for an hr just to find out its not there. total BS.

ReloCube from rural West Michigan to Portland Oregon went without a hitch. Smooth as can be with door-to-door service. At a much better price than Pods, Uhaul or anything else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A year ago we used their Linear Foot service from Traverse City to Portland and it was great also.

U-Pack was wonderful! I used a ReloCube and went from Terminal to Terminal to save money. (It was half the cost of PODS quoted me!) Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and they were very flexible with my scheduled times. I packed the Cube by myself. I was nervous that the load would move or shift in the 2000+ miles, but nothing moved at all! Thank you!!

I moved from Pineville, La to Grand Rapids, Mi using ABF U-Pack and it could not have been a better experience. They were flexible to every hiccup without charge. They charge by the linear feet of cargo packed inside the truck. When they came to pick up the loaded truck, the driver helped my brother condense and secure everything inside to save me money! Everything was delivered on time and the empty truck was picked up immediately. The phone reps were also super friendly and helpful. I would not use anyone else!
