PODS

It was so simple to pack at my leisure and have it hauled to controlled temperature, safe, storage. Our pod was stored for 9 months and everything was in great shape - even my electronic digital keyboard. The pod was picked up promptly, and also delivered to new home when we wanted it. I would definitely recommend this method if you need storage.

We moved from a town located 15 miles from our new home. The pods were dropped and picked up promptly. This is a great tool for movers.

These guys were more than accommodating. They fit me in to their schedule when my semi-trailer idea for moving fell through. The delivery driver was exception and educative. Thank you, thank you, thank you. All in all, this is a very convenient method for those that are in between homes. Especially if you need temporary storage.

HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Called Monday to schedule delivery of my POD to my storage unit, was told that I would need to call back to schedule delivery Friday once my POD got to Michigan. Called Friday and was then told my storage unit was not in their service area, but they MIGHT be able to deliver it for an extra fee if the regional manager could approve it. Waited on hold forever and was then told that the regional manager was on vacation and would CONSIDER IF he could deliver it after he got back from vacation! I then asked when that would be and explained I had already taken time off work to deal with the delivery and unloading. I was told "I don't know". You don't know when he will be back from vacation?! I could not just "wait and see" for an indefinite period of time. I was then told well you can just rent a uhaul and come pick everything up from the PODS storage yourself and take it to your personal storage facility! THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF USING PODS IS SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THAT!! I AM NOW HAVING TO SPEND $200 AND SPEND VALUABLE TIME RENTING A UHAUL AND DOING EVERYTHING MYSELF!! THE ATTITUDE OF THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS "OH WELL". FOR HOW MUCH $$$ PODS IS YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

PODS was very professional and delivery/pickup was on time. I found it easy to contact PODS to set things up via phone and internet. The best part was franchise Manager Dominic. He was awesome from the start. He always let us access our POD as requested and helped me out numerous times. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location and PODS in general. Nothing in our POD was damaged during transport. Very satisfied customer.
