Unsolicited call. Live nowhere near the area. Not helpful and called for no reason whatsoever. Truly a frustrating experience, can’t imagine how they treat their actual customers, do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Called to book a unit which Diane said I needed to book online which I did. Got a unit number and all. Didnt recieved an access code. Someone let me in gate to be able to put my belongings in my unit thankfully. Then 2 days later I get a phone call that I dont have a unit and need to move my stuff out asap and that they could give me 2 smaller units to try and fix their mistake. Which the 2 units together is half the size of the original unit. They weren't willing to work with me on this as all their large units are full. Wouldnt not recommend this place to anyone in a bind or in the process of moving. Very unreliable.
