If you want to rent a truck, not have it go through because of inadequacy, be stuck with paying extra charges for storage because the truck rental did not go through, be told you would only get charged if a rental goes through but find your card got charged, be told you would be refunded, spend a month back and forth on the phone, be given the run around and result to have to file a complaint to visa them selves to refund your money for a truck rental that never went through, then this is the place to go. This is by far the worse Uhaul experience. Stay away from these guys and if you can Uhaul all together.
