Terrible company! I came for delivery 3 hrs earlier cause of my home emergency. Explain my situation. No any kind of understanding or sympathy. They forced me to wait 3 hrs. Yard is empty. No any trucks. Absolutely unfriendly and non-cooperative staff.

I wait for 30 mins on the gate in the morning, no buzzer no security nothing on the gate so i went back to my yard. Very stupid system

Receiver lady is too rude They off load on ur appointment if you have 9am appointment Receiver call 9 am give you dock after dock they off load you in 1 to 2 hours

It’s is really very bad when they take too much time to load or unload in their warehouse. They really don’t care of drivers time value. Hold me over 2.5hr to load 2 skids. This is the third time it happened. One of the worse place to do business.

This Company is the scam The service is very bad we sent them the headphone Monster CLR for repair as we have warranty On it We paid $12 for shipment after they provided us the information it is been more then 4 month trying to contact them they won't pick up the phone if they Do answer get transfer to answer machine Also sent out several emails to the same people who emailed us before but no reply at all in the end we lost the product which cost $150 plus the shipping i kept all the receipts my advise you never buy monster products due to non exist customer service for warranty and protection
