U-Haul Moving & Storage of Newmarket

I would have giving this a 0 if I could, I explained to the last what I was moving and they send me a small van that would not even fit my mattress. I was then told that I would be getting a credit which I was then was told was denied. This is the worst company to rent from!!!!! Go to discount rental so much better

I had helpful service and can't complain. Nothing about uhaul though seems very streamline or cutting-edge. My reservation equipment was changed on me and I had to make special efforts to get the equipment that was promised to me but was taken care of as one may expect

Rented storage here while moving. Fairly professional staff and organized. Rented a truck from the Barrie location and was given the wrong paperwork for the truck but the newmarket staff corrected all their mistakes.

I've rented vehicles from this location twice. Service here is friendly and the productivity level is quite high. Provided you don't have to wait for someone else to be served you will be in-and-out within 5 minutes. If you are moving then be sure to check out some of their selection for packing supplies. This location also appears to have storage lockers for those who are interested.
