The lady sitting in the front lacks basic common sense. Won't let me pick up a package that was sent to our home address, but with my wife's name on it. Refused to look at my drivers licnese (same address of course) and didn't care when explained my wife is 8 months pregnant and with a 2 year old, so going to pick up a package at a mall location is probably not the most convenient. The head is not just for a nice hat....

Bring your slip, ID & patience. If you are missing any of them you will need to head home and start all over. Good luck.
