I have been a customer of Doane Road Storage for over a decade.  When Apple took over, I was a bit concerned that the personal touch might be lost.  However, Doane Road has maintained its level of service and augmented it with streamlined and modernized on-line services.  Well done!!!

We rented a storage unit here for a few months. The facility is clean. Access to our unit was straight forward. We dealt with Ed, the site manager, who is friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we'd use their facility again if needed.

Loyal customer for 13 yrs.  Paul Mayhew was fantastic and I'm happy for him stepping back from the business to enjoy retirement.  I consider Paul a good friend.  The new Apple Storage management of the facility has raised some questions re billing and contract that have caused me to give what was a 5+ customer intimate operation a 4.

Mike is a really nice guy. Ed is really friendly and responded very quickly to email. Definitely recommend.

i've been storing my travel trailer at Doane Storage for over ten years. I cannot say enough good things about the facility. Staff is friendly and helpful and the owner is always on hand to help with the daunting task of backing your trailer into a tight space. Paul makes it easy with his calm directions. Security is first class and the grounds are well tended and the rates are competitive with other storage yards but offer more.

Excellent staff - all encountered were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Nice facilities - clean, and secure! Location is easy to find and convenient. Definitely recommend.

I have stored 2 vehicles here for the last 3 years.  The storage facility is clean and secure.  Paul removes the battery from each vehicle for me after he has them positioned for the winter season storage.  He then calls me to retrieve the batteries because I keep them on trickle chargers in my home basement.  He also over-inflates the tires for me as well and then the covers go on.  All of the vehicles are positioned closely together; sometimes hand-pushed into position.  That's okay - he's maximizing use of his available space.  Doane Road storage is close to my home, so taking the vehicles there and getting them back in the Spring is very easy.  The proximity is great and the service is fantastic.

Great storage yard. Owner Paul is great, so is Ed. Both of them always remember your name and are more than helpful if you need guidance storing your vehicle. A+
