The UPS Store

Shipped picture frame with glass last Saturday , had it packed at UPS store, box was clearly labeled fragile , handle with care , arrows clearly pointing up to stand box. Received package glass shattered. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a high priority with UPS. In case anyone wants to know, no I would not recommend UPS to anyone !!

Verry disrespectful , didn't knock on my door for my package sent an email saying we tried .. I called and then was told to wait and nothing they can do about it . And then said "yeah what can you do " and hung up on me verry disappointed. Removing my business account with them . 7 years and then I get treated like this ...

If there was a zero stars avail I would put it. Hours inconsistent and I've been dealing with them for 4 days on a package that is still lost. Disrespectful and inattentive staff, had to call corporate in Atlanta Ga to get any type of customer service and I live in Ontario Canada! Do not use this ups location. They don't give a damn about the customer and they continuous throw in your face that they are not part of the delivery (truck driver) and they can't help you.

Their sign says "Open until 3pm on Saturdays." "We're proud to now be open on Saturday" I got there just after 2:30pm and they were completely closed.

Was very impressed prior to delivery but when the family heirloom curio cabinet arrived to my son's home in Alberta, it was totally shattered. All they could do for us is $200 UPS gift certificate! I paid a lot more for the delivery and for what? .... A shattered memory. So disappointed.
