U-Haul Moving & Storage at Fairway Rd

Appreciate the storage service, I've rented a unit there for nearly a year. recently I've found the customer service has gone far downhill. The last few times I've dealt with staff here they're typically condescending and make you feel as if you're bothering them for asking for any assistance, even when you find a lock on your unit that is fully paid up. I've found I feel like I'm interrupting them when asking a question. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect friendly service when they charge you what they do. Most recently i went in and realized when I got there I had left my key card in my girlfriends car and couldn't get it tonight. it was a few minutes to closing, which I realize can be annoying for staff as I've worked my fair share of customer service. However I explained that I really needed to get in tonight and would only need them to stay for a few minutes. I was shrugged off. I realize it's not their problem that I was in a jam but it would have really showed me some appreciation for the large amount of money I've spent here if they would have been willing to give me 3 minutes of their time. I now have to wait until morning which will make me late for work. I understand it was my mistake that put me in this situation but it would have been really easy for them to help me out. I would certainly have been willing to offer a few minutes of my time to help someone out of a jam. The first experience I had here, last December was, fantastic. I wish I knew the girls name who helped us out because she was fantastic. i was a brand new customer and she helped us hook up a trailer we rented as well as introduced us to our unit and showed us around. We were running late getting the trailer returned that night and our key card didn't work right away but she stayed fifteen minutes late on her own time to help us out with a smile on her face and when I apologized for holding her up she just said that they appreciate our business. Haven't seen this girl here since but they could benefit from more people like her.

I worked here for nearly two years and I can honestly say that any negative comments on here are not the direct fault of the staff or managers at this location. Fairway is run by one of the best managers I have ever met - she tries her hardest to help customers and encourages staff to do the same. Fairway is by far the best uhaul in the area! Treat them with respect and you'll get nothing but respect (and probably some jokes) back!

Rented a 5x8 cargo trailer for 6 days. Originally reserved a 4x8 but they upgraded me no problem. Fast efficient service. Return service was all wireless the fellow emailed me a receipt. I did not even have go into the office. Trailer had heavy duty safety chains, easy to pick down onto the ball and 4pin wire. All and all great service at a fair price and good working trailer.

We booked a 4 x 8 first thing in the morning and picked it up 20 min later. Check in was fast and they did the hook up and checked the lights before we went. Easy drip off at the end of the day. Pleasant customer service. Will definitely use again.
