Needed a trailer hitch and didn't want to deal with the problems of a self install.  Kevin and his team at U-Haul on Capital ave provided great customer service from the time I called to setup the appointment to when I left with my new hitch.  All I wanted was the hitch, although they asked if I needed any of the other accessories, there was no pressure purchase. 

I would recommend this shop for any of your U-Haul needs.
