U-Haul Moving & Storage at Capitol Ave

It's a decent enough place. Would've given less stars, honestly, but the staff is pretty good. Willing to get done what they have to in order to get you what you need.

Called and spoke with a very professional rep she broke down to me the charges I would be expecting and made sure of explaining the deposit. Thank you for such a easy experience.

The best part about this place is the friendly people that work there. They get me in and out quickly, and they're helpful if I have any questions.

Had excellent service from Keith-he was professional, courteous, polite & knowledgeable. Lots and lots of vehicles to choose from, easy to get to right off of I84.

Needed a trailer hitch and didn't want to deal with the problems of a self install. Kevin and his team at U-Haul on Capital ave provided great customer service from the time I called to setup the appointment to when I left with my new hitch. All I wanted was the hitch, although they asked if I needed any of the other accessories, there was no pressure purchase. I would recommend this shop for any of your U-Haul needs.
