Price was right, fast sign up, disaster ever since. First day I couldnt get into the unit at all. Then the next week there was a fire at the business directly behind my unit and if I had not gone down to check my things, I probably wouldnt have even known, There was no call or notification of any fire. Its been 5 days and I have yet to get any answers on how to file a claim let alone get close enough to assess the damage done to my things!!! Complete nightmare!!

They charge you Insurance even if you do not want insurance I had stuff there had no receipts for and did not want insurance on the stuff but in order to keep it there I had to pay insurance or I could not stay they were unreasonable plus the place is a dump

Not worth how much they charge, they do not prorate even if you only need the space for a couple of days
