Modern Mini Storage

I would not recommend this storage facility. They provide terrible inconsistent service. We were not told they do not prorate and so had to pay a whole month fee for just a few days. We were never sent out keys/contract as we were promised and never even given a call to explain the problem. I had to call them to find out what happened and then was given incorrect information again. The guy that works there seems nice enough but I spoke to the owner on the phone about these issues and he seems like a total scum bag, just trying to cheat you out of every dime he can. Because of THEIR mistakes they even tried to charge us extra fees. Another issue I had with this place is that at night there appears to be a homeless person living in one of the units.
