My boyfriend and I went into the lc to buy shooters, which are located right by the cashiers. While we were at the counter, the girl ringing us up, Kayla, accused us of stealing shooters, even though we were in plain sight the entire time because they are literally located right in front of the cashiers. Plus our IDs were also being scanned, so it makes no sense why we would steal anything. We later found out when I called to make a complaint that Kayla is the manager. After checking and finding that we hadn’t stolen anything, we didn’t receive an apology. Kayla was incredibly rude, making the experience very unpleasant. This is disappointing because we usually shop here due to its convenient location, but we won’t be returning for a while, at least not while she’s the manager. I think she was discriminating us in my opinion.

The staff at this location are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Keep it up, the world needs more of you! Excellent customer service.
Well as usual we need to line up like cattle I remember on a very cold February day there were at least eight people in line and they would not allow anyone in their 12 by 15 ft fauier entrance. When I was finally allowed in and showed my proper ID I was permitted to enter the actual store. The liquor store at one time used to be in my top three favorite stores, however since the extreme change due to the robbery of five or so teenagers and one hero employee getting hurt all the liquor stores in Winnipeg are this way.nUsually, I do what I need to and leave however this time the lady in front of me was asked to open her rather large purse, she refused they made a big scene and they wouldn't even allow her to purchase her items as the escorted her out...very rudely done!nThe staff is not the most knowledgeable however there is one guy that is who is not there often. The location is convenient for me but I would rather go to Garden City or Madison Square.
This is the original .... epicenter of the need for added security. This store had a staff person attacked and KOed. Not good .... I will go way out of my way to go to another MLCC. This has nothing to do with the staff ... they are excellent... maybe a little shell shocked nGo to Polo Park Madiison Square.
