Came on two separate days to get measurements, something that takes less than 5 mins of their time. Yesterday was told 1.5 hour wait, today was told to come back at 6. They clearly just don’t want to help. Bought so many suits from this place and I will NEVER shop here again. Awful customer service! Not nice people. Edit: in response to their reply claiming they don't do measurements - that is a blatant lie. My sister had measurements done last week from them and we needed a second set of measurements this week. This just proves that they are liars! I have added a pic to show that we did have measurements done here.

Came in looking for a last minute Lehenga! And they were extremely helpful & fast paced. Service was great and alterations went smoothly! Will definitely come back and recommend! I was very satisfied :

Worst customer service ever I have seen.I did shopping 3 times there and every time the guy owner said “no problem if you don’t like it when you go home you can exchange it or return it we would give you money back “ I kept everything what I bought instead of one Top ,that we went return and he refused. First thing he said we never return or exchange anything. They never keep their word . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL. Owners are very RUDE . If there was an option to give 0 star I would for sure give them . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone . Also They never give you the details of shopping on receipt when you pay. Disgusting place to shop

Suit selection was decent, quality was ok. Probably would have been a 3-4 star review, but the customer service was lacking. Pushy and passive-aggressive comments by the lady. The sir behind the jewelry displays was genuine though.

Worst customer service. Very unreasonable to deal with owner. He won’t listen to you. Bought prestiched suit from lady that works there. It needed alterations- I specially asked her if she will be able to fix shoulder fitting. At that time she said YES ..she will get it altered. So I paid for it and left there to get it stitched. When I went to pick the suit up- she was fixing it at that time and suit never fit me. I had argument with them they totally changed the story and started blaming everything on me. They refused to return the money. Owner never let me explain my side of story. He kept arguing. Just be very careful when u buy from there— don’t pay the full price until your suit is done the way u want it. Shop is not trustworthy

Had the worst experience ever at this place in Canada. I would not recommend this place to shop to anyone as the owner is liar , dishonest and untrustworthy as made false accusations on one of my family member . Totally bizzare.We rented Jaggo from this place and on return, the owner said, "oh he dropped his gold bracelet in Jaggo." Totally unbelievable and unacceptable.

Took my mom here for some shopping she was glad I took her here. She came out with bags . They are very friendly and welcoming individuals. Thanks and keep up the amazing work.

Overpriced with mediocre selection, and shop-owner is very rude and should be removed.

Never suggested this place for alteration. Worst service. Boln de bilkul akll ne . Guys please learn the lesson of customer service.
