Two Rivers Lodge

This lodge is blessed with beautiful views! During any season the drive out to Two Rivers is a sight to remember. The restaurant has good food. The desserts are delicious!

I has the displeasure of visiting your establishment while visiting my son and his family. As we entered the restaurant​ we were told no food order for 30 minutes and we're left standing by the door. We waited for some time. My son tracked the waitress down to see if we could be seated. She had 5 tables. We seated ourselves. Waited for her for another 20 minutes to get something to drink. My daughter in law went to the bar for drinks. My 5 year old granddaughter was hungry but was offered nothing. No bread, no crackers. We finally put our food order in 1 hour and 20 minutes after arriving. The salad after our food was served. No apology for the time. The food was ok. The cook could be heard throughout the establishment yelling. All around bad experience.

Two Rivers Lodge Fine Dining was an exceptional far-north gourmet meal in a rustic log cabin atmosphere. When one dreams of an Alaskan dining experience, this would be it. Being from the landlocked Colorado, in the center of the United States, there are no oceans nearby. So I am suspect of sea food everywhere I go locally. When I had the opportunity for all-you-can-eat snow crab I jumped at the chance. I admit fully, without shame and filled with pride, that I gorged myself on snow crab as though I had never had snow crab before, or would ever have snow crab again. My vision narrowed. My mind was fixed on snow crab. I do not remember anything else. I think I had iced tea to drink. I do not remember any other accoutrements. I do not remember what others in my party ordered. Oh yes there was wine. I remember the wine. Delicious snow crab. How I love thee. For snow crab, and other gourmet items, head to the Two Rivers Lodge. You'll be glad you did.

This place has got to be the best place on Chena hot springs it's all good and clean with delicious food and drinks
