I would not hire them...i hired them April last year and later found out they wrecked a number of furniture pieces. 2 rips in my mattress, chunkes out of dresser, my tv cabinet and my bed that was together put now split in 2 different areas and is unsafe to sleep on so it is sitting in the corner of my room. Called when I noticed and after awhile came with putty and glue and never came back unless I phoned and phoned and phoned. Kept saying repeatedly I want it fixed properly and always told you have to pay $150 for insurance and I would say first I want to see what they will fix and how. Just so much BULL please don't hire them. I can relate to other comments.

This company doesn't care about their employees. Works them 14-15 hour shifts but doesn't give them the next day off and expects them to be ready for 8am the next day. Even if they didn't finish the job till almost 4am. They have the guys sleep in the truck in between jobs. Labour laws do not allow this. So how is Grant from the Burlington office allowed to do this to employees??
These guys work there ass off for next to nothing and hardly have time off.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The complaining of how heavy items are got annoying. ITS YOUR JOB TO MOVE HEAVY ITEMS. If thats not annoying enough they broke half of my dishes and a dresser.
When they took the dresser upstairs they had the legs forward. So when they rested the dresser on the stairs they busted two of the legs and a piece of the bottom frame. After I filled out a damage report with them and took pictures, it took a month of phone calls of explaining what happened every call. If thats not bad enough they told me they call me right back everytime and never did. I called 2-3 times a week and they were clueless on what happened or what to do until the last week of this 4 week joke they called customer service. They said they would only fix the damage THEY Caused because of there own stupidity if I paid 150 dollar insurance claim. That's a good business move. They break your things and the charge you to fix it. The owner didn't even have the courtesy to call and apologize for the volume of pure incompetence.
I wouldn't trust this company to do anything. They charge you for the damage they do and ignore you through the process of getting it fixed. Sloppy when they move your items is a generous description.
Be warned pick anyone else to move you. Two men and a truck are a joke.

Worst moving company out there. Do not use them. 95 percent of the movers are on meth and crack. Should be shut down!!!!! Lock up your valuables, if you actually do use them. I strongly advise you to stay far away from this so called company

I hired Two Men and a Truck back in March of this year to move me into my new house based on my previous experience with their other branches. Although the move had gone smoothly, the driver had created damage on the eavestrough's of my previous residence. One of their reps had come by to assess the damage and they advised that they would repair the damages right away.. That "right away" never happened! After constantly calling them and demanding that they repair the damages, I ended up hiring a contractor to do the job and paid them. I was told then to send them the invoice and that they will reimburse me.. Even that took forever as the person who I was in contact with had left the company and I found out while I called in.
Overall:
There's a lack in communication coming from a professional company.
The disappointing factor is that I am only getting reimbursed for the repairs that I had to do.. Based on this experience, I feel that I should be reimbursed in full as a lesson so that this never happens again to other clients.
