You Move Me GTA West

The guys were all awesome and worked hard!! Very friendly and professional! Took great care of our items (wrapped everything as it was raining) and hustled to meet a time crunch I had :) We have moved MANY times and always use professional movers...due to our last move that went horribly wrong with a different company we were looking for a new company! And very thankful we found YOU MOVE ME as they are the best out of of all all 8 moves!! Thanks soooo Much you guys Rock! And the plant in a mug was the icing on the cake! Great customer service!

You Move Me helped to move a large household with lots of content in an extremely professional way. They were timely, cheerful, fast (wow I am still impressed how easily they moved our super heavy treadmill) and careful. They loaded two trucks - and when unloaded they carefully placed everything (and some items we gave a wrong location for - so they moved those). When they left all was clean (no dinged walls, no broken items). We used other movers before (and looked at 4 others this time): in the future it is only You Move Me for us!

I used you move me for my move from Oakville to a storage unit, and then used them again from the storage unit to my new house in Burlington. When the company started unpacking what they originally packed in the storage unit, they noticed a lot of damage. Mirrors broken, bed frames broken, desks with carvings, scratches and broken pieces on almost every piece of furniture. I have pics to prove it. Jimmy from the Burlington location came over with a touch up kit which won’t do much when your bed frame and side panels are broken. My furniture was purchased at solid wood interiors, which uses solid maple made in Canada. One dresser alone cost $1500. All my dressers, my kids dressers have been scratched. I had to purchase a new bed frame for my daughter because the way their movers took it apart. The movers did not wrap anything even though they told me everything was going to be wrapped. My leather couches are also damaged. I gave the company the number to my furniture place where they can assess and pay for damages. Never heard from jimmy or anyone at You Move Me. Do not get this company to move you. I will take to social media so no one else gets ripped off by this poor service and even worse customer service.

We were happy to have Andreas and Kayne help us with our move. We had quite a few challenges in moving some very large things our of a very small house. These gentlemen maintained constant communication with us, provided quick solutions, and completed a move in less than 4 hours (the company predicted a minimum of 4). These two deserve a pat on the back for their service and some serious recognition from their superiors. Thank you!
