Access Storage - Burlington

I was moving to Burlington, ON and needed a climate controlled Self Storage. I rented Storage at the Fairview St. location. The customer service was great. The storage units were clean and bright. I also needed some boxes and was offered a 10% discount because I actually spent so much money on other packing supplies. I highly recommend Access Storage if you are looking to rent a self storage unit.

Raised rates every year for no apparent reason. A 10×10 locker is 2 times more than exactly the same type of facility. Fed up after 4 years and move to another company

Clean Facilities...A little pricey compared to the units i rent in Toronto. Even after showing I had a insurance policy covering my contents they started adding additional insurance charges to my preauthorized payments without my knowledge or consent. Still trying to get reimbursed 6 months later! Managers do not return calls either
