Tuff Girl

This is the gym to go to! Excellent coaches, the classes are great and very nice fellow athletes. As a guy I do the Tuff Group classes, I love them!

One hour to myself... This is the one place I can forget about anxiety and stress and focus on me. No matter what my mood is when I enter the Tiff Girl gym, I leave happy, and feeling accomplished. I battle every day with severe anxiety and stress and I prefer to not be medicted. Tiff Girl relieves my stress and anxiety like no drug could do. I always leave Tiff Girl feeling full confident and full of energy. All of the coaches, Jenna, Chista (owner/coach) and Krista make you feel welcome and help you to be the best you can be. I suffer from severe anxiety but prefer to be unmediated. Tuff Girl gives me an outlet for my stress like no other gym. My social anxiety prevents me from the usual social outings but all the girls at Tuff Girl make me feel comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a class at tuff girl fitness (granted I am a male, as were others in the class). My wife absolutely loves it there and has been asking me to attend with her for quite some time. Finally I made the time to go and had a blast. I attended a bootcamp style "Playground" session and the class flew by giving us both an intense workout that was enjoyable at the same time. The staff was knowledgable and attentive to each of the 24 attendees making sure we were pushing ourselves and most importantly doing it with proper form and speed. I would highly recommend Tuff Girl Fitness and FMA Performance to anyone looking to have a great time and intense workout simultaneously.
