Generally, I prefer the equipment (and pool!) at the YMCA, especially the downtown Central Parkway Y. But the Zumba instructors here are terrific! Also, the Silver Sneakers instructor here is very popular, if you're into that. And if you ever need Physical Therapy, the group located in the back of this facility is fabulous.

A couple of years ago I would have given 5 stars but they have and continue to decline. Every day something else is taken away. Whether it is a class, equipment and recently they have taken away the daycare. This hasnt stopped the prices from increasing however. Too bad as I used to live it but now have to move on.

It has everything needed to keep healthy &fit. It is in a beautiful setting with every imaginable device plus certified expert trainers for individual guidance, and trainer-teachers that lead group sessions & classes, as well as 2 heated pools
