Bubbletease

I go here alllll the time! The staff are super sweet and service is really quick. I've tried a lot of bubble tea places but this place is truly my all time favourite! It's super clean, as well as the washrooms. I do however miss their old cups and lid sealing as it was much better and easier for transportation. But I definitely recommend!!

The tea is far too sugary and tastes quite powdery, even their herbal teas. My friend ordered this strawberry milk and the pink is…way too pink. And it tasted too sweet

I came here once to get a matcha tea latte with a load of toppings. The toppings were very nice and the atmosphere with customer service was great. The sizing of the cups is mid but the flavour of the matcha is not strong at all -1 star. I’d also like to point out this is very expensive bubble tea…Recommended dishesSlice of Cake

Nice ambience,. Good customer service, very attentive and friendly. It's nice to just sip your bubble tea and just relax with friends or families. My daughter and I usually hang out here and just have a little chit chat. Their deep fried fish balls and sauce are amazing. You will have to find out what's your favourite bubble tea flavour in order to enjoy it. We usually order the Golden Assam tea with tapioca which we really enjoy. I recommend this place anytime.

The store itself is well designed and seated with a lot of students sipping bubble tea. I like the high ceilings and the hanging metal chains as dividers between tables to provide a sense of privacy. Overall, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The bubble tea ordered was taro with pearls. The taro was sweeter than expected. Will try again and request that the sugar levels be reduced. There was no lineup when ordering but a slow stream of customers came through while I was there.

My family and I generally have a good experience when visiting Bubbletease. Drinks are what you'd expect from a bubble tea place. Wish they had more traditional options like wintermelon and some dairy free alternatives. Service is good and the atmosphere is nice. It gets lively in the evening and can lead to some wait time. One of the employees Ashley provided us with exceptional service and handled a mistake in our order really well. The tapioca was very fresh as well.

Held my birthday party here and had a great experience! The manager let me use the back area and setup a dessert table and place settings. On the day the staff were really helpful and took everyone’s orders and brought everything quickly. They went above and beyond to help make my party great! All of my guests loved the food and drinks.

I've been here a couple of times. The bubble tea and desserts are good. The service for dining in isn't too great. They seem laid back. Be specific with your bubble tea order and double check.

The nachos were super average very Bland. The sauces, well bland. The nachos could have used more cheeses and guacamole n salsa more flavorful.. The mango bubble tea was good. I did miss my tapioca though....

I totally enjoy getting my matcha bubble tea from this place. I came in and I was hoping I can take a seat to enjoy my bubble tea, however I was somewhat disappointed when I found out they only take people in, on the weekends. I also found out about discounts that I can use here, from another customer who came in and used it. When I asked the staff about they were happy to help me out download the app. If you don't know about it make sure you ask!
