Staff training needs to be improved! I'm a quality assurance specialist from a major company. The store site reports this time of day most busy. I entered the store on Saturday, did not appear busy. Requested a store on sale special item. Most of staff didn't know product location with exception of one young man located in a back service area who went out of way or job assignment to help. Management needs to improve customer service. !!!

It is only due to the increasing difficulty of purchasing feed that I even go to TSC in Smiths Falls. The stock is poorly ordered and I often leave empty handed. Most of the good staff has left due to management issue according to those that left. Management of this store has been the issue and I hope this has been corrected.

My husband went to exchange gas bottles and was told that the only one able to help was the store manager. He waited for her to get off the phone only to be told to come back another day as she was too busy with paper work! He left empty handed. Very poor customer service.

Good prices, but selection could be better. Staff is very hit-and-miss for knowledge. Carries very high quality toys at good prices including brand names like Bruder.

I want to say that the Smiths Falls TSC have the rudest and most unhelpful people working there. Every time my wife or I go, we can't wait to leave and we wonder why we keep going back. My wife went to TSC to pick up a caster wheel with no luck. From the front desk, to somebody wandering around , nobody wanted to help her. My wife asked two male workers walking by if they could help her find a certain type of wheel and one guy pointed at a wheel and said there’s a wheel right there with a smirk and both walked by. From never returning rain checks, phone calls or just not helping with a question this store is ridiculous. I'm not usually the one to speak out but when my wife comes home and is almost in tears I had to contact somebody. Today is our last day ever shopping at the Smiths Falls TSC. Some customer service training at this location would be very beneficial.
