Trueform

My two days weekly at Trueform are an essential part of my wellbeing. The trainers are informed and diligent. I have been going there for over 10 years = result an entire lifestyle change and I am 79yo. It is never too late to bet started with the best,

I visited briefly to find out what Trueform has to offer. The staff were very encouraging and on on one for the clients that were there. Upstairs is set up for most activity (boot camp style available and more). Downstairs had the running machines and such. Available items included, but were not limited to free weights, cardio machines, ropes, and other boot camp style things.

I absolutely love working out at True Form. I have trained one on one there for the past 3 years and have just started doing group spin. The trainers are amazing and very supportive. Workouts are always challenging but fun. It is incredibly empowering to see progress. I couldn't ask for a better place to workout in order to achieve my fitness goals.

The trainers at Trueform are top notch! I've been going to their spin classes for years - they're the hardest Edmonton has to offer, but very rewarding :) My trainer helped me recover from stress fractures in my back and a sore hip, and increase my overall core strength.
