My first ever Pilates class was taken at InCentre Pilates with Mirella as my instructor. The studio is beautifully designed, inviting and clean. I generally have concerns about trying new activities as I have previous shoulder and knee injuries. Mirella did not hesitate to adjust certain exercises to accommodate any tightness / limitations. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and highly recommend this studio to all skill levels! Pilates will become a staple in my exercise regime.Trust me, your body will thank you!!

I have had the pleasure of attending both Cindy and Mirella's classes for many years. These ladies are "rock stars" in the world of Pilates. They have the ability to push your limits in a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere! I am a mom, but they have re defined what core strength can mean after having children. If you are looking for strength training that focuses on the whole body yielding outstanding results, then Incentrepilates needs to be in your calendar every week!

Very  excellent and knowledgeable Pilates instruction… Mirella offered an  individualized program to assist recovery from injury and surgery … A great selection of Pilates equipment in a bright &  inviting studio environment … I enjoy my time there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Incenter Pilates. Nicole was a fabulous instructor; her introduction to Pilates was awesome! I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this studio.

INCENTRE has a beautiful, welcoming studio with the best-top of the line Pilates equipment and the most friendly/knowledgable/experienced teachers that I have come across at any studio! I've tried a variety of different classes there now and have loved every single one! The instructors keep the classes varied, interesting and fun- It never gets boring! In the past I took classes at ‘Integration’ Studio in Sherwood Park. I was so disappointed when they closed- but then thrilled to see that my favourite instructors from Integration were all at INCENTRE now! I'm so impressed with this studio- the studio itself, the equipment, instructors, and the classes they have available! If you’re a really experienced pilates student, or just starting out, do yourself a favour and try Incentre- Seriously, your body will thank you!!

Janet Kwantees is amazing. My husband and I have seen Janet twice a week for several years. She has advanced training and skills. We have benefited greatly, including helping us recover from injuries. We highly recommend Janet

The facility is very inviting and the variety of classes fit perfect for what I’m looking for. I love the options of private training as I’m not so flexible or coordinated. Everyone makes you feel comfortable.
