True-Centre Mufflers & Brakes

Best service I have ever had!! Justin and Brian are in charge of the place and I have never had such great service. We bought our used car from them and also get serviced by them. They are kind and friendly, remember my name and charge reasonable prices for their services. They will make sure that you have a ride to wherever you need to go. Sometimes it gets a little busy so I recommend making an appointment but even at those times they are very helpful.

Had a great experience at true centre. They deleted the centre resonator on my 13 speed 3. Very reasonable price and Justin was absolutely great to deal with. Will absolutely be going back in the future.

Staff seems to be nice, but the mechanics talk to you as if you don't know anything about your car. Quoted me $2000 for repairs when I can get everything done for about $475 via parts from RockAuto. Service seems to be way overpriced. This is the perfect shop if you like to bend over.

While thinking of writing A five-star review for True-Centre, I came across the following review for SamSub and Frier, on Wellington: "Hi, Rishi, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your incredible service. It is so nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and goes out of their way to show it! ... Again so great to meet you! The food is a special added bonus! Derrick and Lacy" At True-Centre, even if the food is awful, the service is still "incredible." And meeting Justin, the owner, is an experience in and by itself. He indeed genuisly cares about his customers, and goes out of his way to show it! As for the professional care given to your car, you will also realize that it is a "special added bonus."

Had a oil change done two week's ago paid $47 , was told tire rotation , top up fluids and the oil change well today as per normal after two weeks I check my oil and well it's at the lowest peak and I took to another mechanic no oil leak so clearly I was ripped off never going back EVER and I'll let everyone I know not to go there!! Also had my husband's car in for tire change and the next morning his tire was flat due to the plug being extremely loose. Two thumbs down but ghe owner Justin is very nice but his employee who does tires and oil changes sucks should be fired....
