I am so grateful I found an honest, reliable automotive repair shop that doesn't take advantage of people by scamming them out of their hard earned money for repairs or maintenace not needed. Today I dropped off my car because I was shown by Mr. Lube in Windsor some dirty looking fluid they claimed was my transmission fluid that should be flushed and replaced, and they quoted me $200. Thankfully I chose to only to have my oil changed that day. Owner, Carlie called and asked who told me I needed my transmission fluid changed, and I told her Mr. Lube, and she informed me my vehicle has Skyactiv technology and my transmission fluid was fine and most likely will last for the lifetime of my car! Consumers beware of Mr Lube and other oil change businesses who are not even licensed mechanics! Double B could have scammed me out of $200 by trusting them with mechanics that I have no knowledge of, yet, they respect and value their customers above taking advantage of them. I've been taking my vehicles to Doublr B for over 4 years now, communication is always great and they will call before performing extra work if the vehicle requires it. Sometimes can be a wait to get vehicles in but trustworthy work is worth the wait.

Edited to say: I brought my car in again a year later and had excellent service AGAIN! If you need an honest mechanic, this is the place. They went above and beyond to fix my car affordably. As someone struggling in today’s economy: Thank you so much, Double B! We need more mechanics like you. Original review before edit: My car is 15 years old and most shops give me a long list of things that “need” fixed, Double B just did the work to get my car running again, they even offered a cheaper alternative to fix the problem. They had the work done so I got it back before the long weekend started! Very happy, would definitely bring my car back again.

I took my car to Double B after it was sitting at home for 5 months while at home during Covid. I was very impressed with the quote for maintenance work and it was a lot that needed to be done and had my car returned same day as dropping it off. VERY satisfied with their quick service. My car hasn’t run better. I would recommend to anyone looking for any service. 5 stars all around between tech service and office service. Great experience!!!
