Halfway through taking our order the cashier stopped to talk to her coworker and giggled for a good 2 minutes. Didn't ask about what toppings we wanted on the burger, when I told her, she said "too bad, nothing I can do now since the order went through" . I had to ask for my money back for her to take 4 steps to the right and ask the kitchen staff to add my toppings. Terrible service especially in an international airport. Burger not worth the 11$ either
Wow, this place is awful. Without a doubt, the worst burger place I have ever experienced. Ladies taking our my gf and I order were cold and annoyed that we ordered. The price was absolutely ridiculous even for an airport. I ordered a regular burger with onions and lettuce but was given a cheese burger at $1.50 extra cost and was told there were no onions left. I also ordered an IPA and was given a lager and compared it to my girlfriend Bud Light and it was identical. I flagged down the bartender and she defended she had poured me the right drink and I didn't want to be rude so I let it go. The burgers came, dare I even call them burgers, and they were cold and flat and sad. Mayo was caked on to disguise the dryness of the burger and the patty was rubbery and cold. Definitely the worst burger I have ever had. But for the measley meal price of $50 for 2 people, we had to eat them. I now feel sick and my stomach is churning. Thank you for ruining my night True Burger. If i could give 0 stars I would.
I was hopeful. The trendy logo, the nice bar... Alas, the burger was rubbery and, while not tasteless, was barely distinguishable as beef. It looked like a mass produced burger that you buy frozen at the grocery store. Poutine was solid and our server was great, which kept me from going with only one star.
Ordered a skinny classic. Burger patty was cold and dryprobably made a few hours ago. Sauted mushrooms were almost raw. They put a tiny dot of Mayo n ketchup so it was dry. Overall, it was a sad burger. We live and we learn. I wouldn't recommend this place.
After flight cancelled and the airline said to use the ticket as a voucher Terrible terrible attendance, waiters, ignore clients, not helpful at all, waiting time beyond reasonable, when I finally got to order the waiter tells me, "you have to queue again because I don't do vouchers". I just wish there was another burger place on the terminal 1, shame after a lovely week in Toronto.
Horrible place to eat, staff are rude and miserable. Not met one bad person whilst in Toronto until here, all 3 serving staff I dealt with were horrendously ignorant and rude. The food was a crock of s### too. Expected something like five guys, ended up with a cheap frozen burger with barely warm fries. Don't eat here.
Very average burger. Double cooked sweet potato fries "reheated" in the deep fryer and the chicken breast was put directly in the burger from the deep frying oil. Nice and healthy.
worst burger!! highest prices!!! rude personal!! the burger was cold after waiting 15 minutes!?! and the personal... i think they don't like their job or they don't like people... never again!!!!
Rude, serving customers who drink at the bar out of order, finding out they're out of coke, and condiments after we paid. Not to forget, it's the worst burger ever.
Burger has no flavour and over priced. Tomatoe was considered a premium topping. ..what a joke.
