Had Smashburger at the Airport before catching our flight, overall 5/10, the burger was not bad I like the concept of the burger, but I guess because it is the Airport they have the burgers and fries already made so it is a hit-miss thing, my fries were moist 2 burgers were fresh hot and the 3rd was cold.
Took about 15 minutes to get my order somewhat expected in an airport. Fries were soaked with grease, it was awful, I ate a couple then threw the rest away. My burger was cold and the vegetables tasted off. The lettuce was starting to spoil. I would have given 1 star but the self service kiosk was great. Props to whoever designed it. Would have eaten at subway if I had known.
This place was absolutely disgusting. The cup of fries I got had a cup of oil at the bottom. How do you not get rid of the oil before you serve the fries? The burger was disgusting, it was so dry that you would think you're eating sawdust.
Amazing food. And even with things a bit busy, the cashier was able to confirm with the cook that my burger could be served on a bed of lettuce instead of a bun. Thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. A great way to cap off our holiday travels. Thank you!!
The chicken tenders in their menu photo looked sizeable and I ordered the 5 piece and they were teeny tiny, more like nuggets, and for $13 and that doesn’t even come with fries or anything!
Haven't even tried this place, but based on pictures, prices, and feedback, I decided to give it a review anyways. Andddddd...I definitely will not be going to a smash burger anytime soon. So easy to make in your own kitchen anyway
I spent 13 dollars on one burger. The concept of the smash burger is juicy and hot. This burger was like an old Burger King burger. No juice, no Color, no flavour. Yikes
Delayed flight and after eating foreign food I wished for poutine. This has to be the worst place to eat! It tasted like the flour was not cooked in the awful tasting gravy. Stoped eating halfway through as I didn’t want to get sick on my flight! Awful food
DON'T GO HERE IF YOU LIKE SMASHBURGER. It is a sad, sad representation of the brand. Waited a long time for a bland burger that didn't even have that glorious sear that is the main advantage of a Smashburger over other burgers. I honestly wish I could go back in time and make a difference choice.. so unbelievably disappointing.
Bad taste and very dry burgers. The smash fries were extremely oily to an extent that you could literally see the floating in the cup they are served in. The oil had gone bad too.
