Our first ever visit and our first ever 1-star review. Service was poor, and the sandwiches were not worth the $37.00 we paid. Any questions on how to use the iPad ordering system were met with eye rolls. Hard stale buns aren’t worth the visit. Save your money, go anywhere else. Only good thing is they have music to drown out the how sad you’ll be after eating here.
I don’t leave reviews but this was pretty bad. My meal was $40. They served me a tiny burger on Great Value style bread. The burger itself was $19 and the smallest serving of unseasoned fries was $6. I got a ginger ale which was $5. The purpose of the extra star is the food wasn’t actively bad. But it is way overpriced. If it was half the price, it would be fine.
I would give negative stars if I could. Do not eat here - Not recommended at all, especially not for those with any common diet restrictions vegetarian, etc. They don't allow for any removal of certain items, no meatless options, even though they could. Extremely rude staff - when asked to substitute ham for something else, the response was "what would you like?" I asked for cheese, immediately followed by "we don't do any substitutions" -- what?? So essentially I would have to pay over $20 for a sandwich I can't eat. It's a shame they are the only place open on this end of the airport at this hour. Do better, Nobel. Your staff's behaviour is disgusting.
I had a decent experience at Nobel Burger Bar at Toronto Pearson Airport. After a small tutorial on how to operate the menu on the tablets, it was smooth sailing. The overall ambiance and lounge is appealing. My silverware and tables were all clean. Prices are extremely high for the value, that’s why I’ve rated it 4/5 stars. Service was prompt and professional. Food isn’t gourmet, but decent. Portions are good in size. I had the Chorizo Breakfast Skillet and Chamomile tea. Overall, I enjoyed my breakfast before my flight. I was able to sleep like a baby.
Worst restaurant in Pearson airport, $20 for a cold burger with no fries. Menu at the table is different from the menu at the till. The manager is and pushed the take away Food rather than just off the menu like I wanted. Will never go back.
Do not eat here. They are running some sort of a scam. Ordered from the kiosk and I got charged on my card but the screen said error and when I went to the counter they said they didn’t receive the order even though I showed them the transaction on my Amex account. They asked me to order again from the counter and pay for it and assured me that previous transaction will not go through. I come back from my vacation and see both charges on my card. There’s is no way to contact them to get the money back. The phone number listed in google is for some American airport management. What a joke this place is.
Was at Toronto Pearson International Airport, waiting on my flight , but hadn't eaten that day, so I ordered from a laptop at a table I was sitting At. The service was great Recieved my burger before my flight had to board.
The Nobel Burger Bar is a great restaurant choice located in the departures area of Terminal 3 in the US area. Traditional burgers, fish and chips etc can be had with quick service in a very familly friendly environment while you wait to board your US bound flight. Enjoy sports on the television while you wait.
Reasonable food and drinks, but for sure the coffee could be better. The breakfast sandwich was above average with a generous serving of greens to balance the carbs. Service is friendly and fast. Orders are online through a table mounted tablet. The tablet gives free internet but times out fast if you do not touch the screen. They could offer a bit more food variety but what they offer is good for most breakfast or snack appetites. Overall a pleasant experience.
Big dude with the beard acts like a hot shot. I ordered food with no meat and found pieces of bacon. When asked about this, big beardy offered me a bottle of water to make up for it as if there’s not a fountain 10 metres away. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible service. Staff needs training Dietary restrictions: Their food is all contaminated
