Built Custom Burgers

-Excruciatingly slow for counter serve food. 12ish people in front of me, took half an hour to get food. -During your half-hour wait for food, you'll notice how dirty the restaurant is, the facade out front has piles of dust on it -Expensive, $23 for burger and fries with no drink. -Patty was no more than 3" in diameter, tasteless, cooked from frozen and pulled out of a warming drawer. Bun and fries were old and dry. -Portions were super small, left hungry. Can't say enough bad things about this spot, pearson should shut it down. Total embarrasment of a restaurant for the international terminal

Expensive! 6/10 value for money! The reviews are true. Single burger with tax $14+ burger patty is small and somewhat dry. Pros: it taste good and fresh. But if I’d knew how small is this burger, I wouldn’t have spent the money.

Well… I wish I came to this page first to read all reviews before buying this awful creation that dares to be called a burger. Frozen patty, tiny gross… and all for just 15$. Also second burger was missing bacon and the manager fought me on it and accused me that I ate it and then came for a second.

The worst burger and service around . For a custom burger they heated a dry patty and called it a a burger. Very disappointing especially for the price.

Tastes okay but not worth the long wait. 11 people ahead of me and it took 4 staff members 30 mins. Food options are limited at Pearson though so take what you get.

The burger and sandwich was alright nothing special about it. There wasn’t much different than other burgers . The prices were alright . The custom burger doesn’t make any sense ! 6/10 the size is okay.

I can’t believe I just paid $55 for two horrible burgers. They tried fixing my burger 4 times, first they missed the second patty, then the bacon, then the egg, twice! My wife’s burger was missing all the veggies and both burgers so dry that we could barely eat it.

For a airport burger it was ok and not too expensive. The bun is fairly low quality though.Food: 4/5

Horrible place and should be shutdown. If I can give them a minus 5 stars, I would!!! The youngish girl at the cash on Sept 5 at 7:15pm was arguing with customers and telling them off. I ordered my Toronto burger it came without bacon but I didn’t dare to go back I was afraid. The 3 cooks were so slow, they were preparing 1 burger at a time; the line up was huge I felt like telling everyone to go elsewhere.

The owner and the staff should work in another industry. This is the most disgusting food I have eaten in my life. Staff is unfriendly. Is it really that hard to do your job? Fries are disgusting! Check the reviews. Embarrassing!!!
