Truckin BBQ

I saw their food truck at the Canada Day festival in Cloverdale and became interested in the food as I love BBQ so I went to the restaurant a couple weeks later to give it a try. First of all, the staff were super friendly. No complaints there. Their debit machine wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash so I e-transferred the owner. A little odd but sometimes you can’t control technology, I get it. The food however was sub-par. I got a beer and the full ribs that came with two sides which came to about 50$. This is extremely expensive for the quality I received. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. The potato salad was okay but kind of bland, nothing to write home about. The ribs were good and slid off the bone but they were also cold and the BBQ sauce was also a little bland. Overall I would say this restaurant is not worth the price. If they lowered it and made sure the food was hot it would make a difference.

I tried really hard to like this place. Loved the store and atmosphere and people were nice. But both Meats, pulled pork and beef Brisket was dry, the sausage didn't taste like it was smoked. The BBQ sauce was bland and tasted more like ketchup then a BBQ sauce needed more spices in it, heat or more kick to it.Food: 1/5

This place is bbq meat heaven. If your a vegetarian I would not suggest coming here. But if you love bbq you've picked the right place. Their brisket is my favorite, but getting one of there platters is what I usually get when I go there with either friends or family. This way you get a taste of everything, with a decent amount of leftovers

I'm normally not a big fry person but when you get their fries fresh with their seasoning, it's absolutely delicious! Their seasoned fries were hot, crispy, and with a hint of sweet and salty like BBQ ruffle chips in fry form. They should totally sell fries as main character menu item cuz their fries are that good. Their pulled pork sandwich was good but overall average good. Their fries were the highlight for me and I would definitely eat their fries again. The guys at their food truck working there were very nice and welcoming so customer service was great :

Food was great, we had the dry rub chicken wings, beef brisket and the deep fried pickles were amazing. Service was fantastic, Shallan the server was on point. I would recommend this place.

Wow. Wow. Wow. We tried some meat trio platters with beans, Mac and cheese and a Caesar salad. I am legitimately blown away at just how delicious this food is. Really yummy and high quality dishes. It’s certainly not cheap but it is absolutely worth every cent. The prices are totally in line with how great the flavours and the overall quality is. I will highly recommend trying this place and I can’t wait to return.

We had Tony supply food for 45 people dec 30 2022 and WOW!! Tons of food and just so amazingly good. We did all the meats and sides and it was exceptional. Never seen guys eat so much food. Cannot say enough about food quality! Thank you so much. Tony was such a pleasure to work with when I had to reschedule.

We just found this place a couple weeks ago and the food is delicious and service is very friendly. Tony answered a Facebook question I submitted at 1145pm to my surprise about a minute after posting. Highly recommend. GO HERE NOW!!! I am so beyond happy I stumbled across this amazing restaurant with even more amazing food. I went for lunch here with my mom and got the pulled pork sandwich, potato salad side and my mom got the brisket mac n cheese, we were both completely blown away. the service is amazing and food came out quick but the most amazing part is the flavours, so good. We left full and happy and this place now has 2 new regulars for sure
