Mr Cool Ice Cream

I booked Mr.Cool for an event and they didn't show up. I had paid upfront and put the contract in place with Ana Lepine the owner. During the event I called and Ana texted back "sorry" and said she wasn't available to talk....45 mins and several redials later she told me they were heading late, but gave no explanation. Just before the event ended the truck pulled up. It was stained and beat up. The driver Evan was the only reedeeming quality. He was nice to the customers and stayed overtime to try to make it right. Unfortunately by then most people had left and we couldn't serve the prepaid Popsicles. Ana never followed up, so I would not recommend ever using Mr.Cool.

It’s very good ice cream. I recommend the strawberry flavor. In addition, we think they provide a good service

I arranged to have Mr. Cool Ice Cream to come to a corporate event, I had confirmation that they would attend at my requested time, they failed to show up at all. I would strongly suggest anyone to use another company as this one is not reliable.

never had an experience to buy from them but i love the job!!!!
