You can find everything you need in university school supplies, clothes with the TRU logo, even medicines for an emergency, sweet chocolates and the attention of the staff is fabulous
Overpriced sure, not too much, but you can usually find a better deal. Great customer service though. I would order my books online from the store otherwise you'll be waiting in line for a long time. Perhaps stationary could be bought somewhere else just to save time. But if you are buying something in the off season beyond the first month then it would be fine.
Staff is nice and helpful to be clear. But want to spend your life's savings on books that you either can't sell back, or can only sell back for a fraction? This is the place for you. Or you can join TRU Textbook trade/sell on Facebook. Or don't buy your textbook. You're not going to need it.
Relatively fast and efficient for picking up books, however printing/copying a book and giving it to you in a d.i.y binder should not classify as a book, for the price they charge I think it's absurd.
Even though it was the first day of classes and crazy busy, the staff today took the time to help me find what I needed as well as took the extra time to have a very thorough look for an item that ended up not being in stock. All the while being very pleasant to deal with.
Didn't offer me a book bag. Otherwise the service has always been very good during the semester. Just try to avoid the rush at the start of each semester.
I always find whatever I need in bookstore, but one of the staff is always rude. Idk what’s the problem. If it’s my look, my skin color or my bad English. But I can see the differences in treating Canadian students and international
Simple and effective textbook buying, but you can still get a better deal buying a used copy privately from another student, and any school supply they offer here can be found at superstore, dollar store, or Walmart for half the price.
They had an excellent souvenirs to take home. Now I had a piece of Kamloops, Canadá with me. I will never forget it and the friendly people.
