Nice place to take a browse through. Lots to sip coffee and look at. 😊 Clean and kept up nice, could use new carpet.

Very friendly and approachable staff. The team is always available for recommendations and I haven't been disappointed yet! Reviewing through some comments, yes books can be cheaper online but we can order from online their and shipped to the store for free. Team is very knowledgeable.

We like getting to go to Chapters and look at all the great books. We really enjoy getting to have a drink while we walk around the store looking and reading some of the books.

Chapters in Kamloops is bright, clean, warm, friendly, and as quiet as a library even though there are always plenty of customers throughout. It smells of new books and also, in some parts of the store, of coffee from the Starbucks within. Staff are easy to approach, welcoming, and ever so helpful. Although I enjoy looking at the neatly displayed books, gifts, and clothing, the heavy wood and glass entry doors moved me with their beauty and so I share the picture I snapped of them.
