Bristol CC Bookstore

The lines are long at the beginning of the semester, but that's to be expected. Apparently in Spring 2018, the person who ran the store left, leaving the place in a state of chaos. Despite this, they still managed to keep order and get people through the line as quickly as possible. Yes, people got wrong books. It happens. They return them. I ordered an ebook online and never got the ebook, so I did the most logical thing in such a chaotic time - I went to the store in person and the figured it out right away for me. This store is tiny, so the chance of a line is pretty high.

Ordered online but for some reason I wasn’t able to check my order status so I spent three whole days calling over and over and leaving messages but never got a call back. I went into the bookstore in person and the girl who assisted me looked like she had no idea what I was saying but then said my book would be available by that Friday. I STILL haven’t recieved an email stating it’s available for pickup and this is a week later. I spent all day calling and they do NOT answer or get back to you. Class starts tomorrow! I have no books and I ordered them way in advance. Going to go in person AGAIN tomorrow and hope that I get some help and some BOOKS!

This bookstore is horrible. Every time I go the employees are rude, the lines are super long and they move very slowly. If you need to call to ask a question, forget it. They will NEVER answer the phone no matter how many times you call. They also take a lifetime to answer emails. All around garbage.

I wish i could give zero stars. Rude and the line is insane. They always give me the wrong book.

It would help if someone would pick up the phone. Have called several times never get an answer.
