The ladies working tonight were absolutely amazing. My mom was really looking forward to getting a new book, but unfortunately I didnt check to see what time the store was open until. We arrived at 2 minutes to 6 and they closed at 6. The ladies went above and beyond to locate the book for her and ring her through even though they were a little late closing. You made my moms day. Thanks for being pleasant and helping her out! We greatly appreciate it. Every time we shop here everyone is so nice. Thanks. The workers here are true gems and know their stuff and are great at recommendations as well.
I was actually in the GNC next door but I do frequent Coles so I'll make a note. Book stores are disappearing with everything else, but when I do want a physical book, Coles is great. Nicely organized and a helpful staff, with a large selection of books for a smaller sized store in a mall, in a small town. I bought a few of the republished classics recently and was pleased with the quality for the reasonable price.
Although this location is quite small and has a smaller selection, they are well organized. The associated are pleasant and do not berate you with nonsense, they check on you one in a while but not to the point of annoying you. There have been times when there were no prices on items/books. Overall, have had pleasant experiences here.
Emily was absolutely amazing. She helped me choose a perfect book for my wife. She was polite and professional. I will definitely come back.
I like this store. Not as big as a lot of stores. But has a great array of titles. The staff seem really nice as well!
Love all book stores. Wish it had a bigger selection but I guess The bigger Chapters store is right up the hill.
Always enjoyed Coles, even despite decreasing selection over the past years in favor of the toys and games that are also carried by chapters. Still usually a good book or three to be found.

Good service but like many bookstores too expensive. I read a coupla books or more a week so the tarif is too high
