Great, long standing company serving the Okanagan for years! I worked for this company for almost 8 years and was treated very well. High level of safety and the workers that I had a chance to work with over the years were top notch! Keep up the good work guys!

I heard someone else recently came forward about some issues too, as usual nothing is ever done because the guy in charge is an absolute coward. Worst work environment I've ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. The boss Rob is probably one of the most useless people out there, got the company handed to him and already on his way to run it to the ground! It's the most hilarious thing to watch, I'll give this failure of a company maybe another year... Tom knew to do things the right way a boss would, his son is absolutely clueless it's sad to see. If we stand strong about the hostility and issues of this company our voices must be heard.

Ran by a liar, bully, and the most irresponsible and uneducated person I've personally ever encountered. Sees complaints and genuine concerns of others as "threats to him and his company" (his words); deals with problems by discriminating and isolating his workers. Unacceptable beyond belief and needs to be investigated and taken down by authorities. Not to mention most of the workers consume drugs and alcohol during work hours, dangerous high-risk behaviours that are a cause for concern. Do I need to add that I don't recommend this place to anyone, ever? LOL To respond to you, Rob: Looking at all the negative reviews on here it is clear who the disappointment is... I will not apologize for speaking the truth. You did not handle anything professionally, how exactly did you "accommodate (my) original complaints"?? By saying that I am not an employee and technically I don't exist to you? Or by saying that I "threatened" you by coming to you with genuine concerns? Your response is laughable. I heard you also said that I am not a law student and that I was pretending to be one, in fact UBC offers amazing law and pre-law programs and the college does as well. do your research. All your responses on here sounds incredibly fake and it is obvious you take no responsibility whatsoever for any of these complaints. Really shows how you work to satisfy your customers. Nothing worse than an owner who refuses to own up to anything. And please, do not tell lies on reviews just to make this company and yourself sound less guilty... you have gone far enough, there had NEVER been an investigation regarding any of the issues brought up. These are serious issues. You yourself told me that at most the report will say "no findings". It is beyond me how you lie so much and live with these lies everyday. All your responses to the reviews here show that you take no accountability and continually assign the blame elsewhere.

I had the most horrible experience I have ever seen at a business today. Let start with the owner and his son tried to fight me in there office. What you say yes I’m building a house and was looking for a coupling when I mentioned who had install my roof on the house attitudes changed apparently they don’t like them as they would not help me and as I tried to explain all I did was hire a roofing company they felt that I guess I was owner of company he call me a punk, child, would kick my ass and piece of sh—t chimney sweep. I assume they think of all there customers as poor chimney sweeps so think about this as they look down on the people that support there business. This was done all in front of there front end staff hope they see the real side of who they actually work for. Good luck
