We had Roof Doctor do our SBS roof 8 years ago, last summer we were noticing some leaks so I hired a roof inspector to do a review. Our plywood had failed and it was damaging the sbs, the plywood should have been replaced when we redid the roof- this was not Roof Doctors fault, but as it was asphalt to sbs the inspector felt this should have been done, or the very least the plywood should have been screwed down to minimize cupping as it dried out. However the inspector did notice a few deficiencies from the original installation. I contacted Roof Doctor, sent them the report, and even though the people were the same, the phone number and address were the same... they would not honour the warranty as the previous "Roof Doctor" so the previous number company went bankrupt so they would not be able to honour their previous warranties. Very disappointing!!! 
Our roof has totally failed now because of the rotten plywood so we will be shopping again and making sure we get the most reliable company with a long reputation to re do our roof.

Workers show up on bicycles whatever time they see fit, they leave your yard and deck a mess throw shingles wherever they land. WCB follows them around from site to site and shut them down for equipment not up to code and because the workers come on bikes they can't get what they need to continue and job shuts down, rained a half hour one day in the morning so no work done the rest of the day. Pretty sure what would take 4 days for a regular crew is going to be easily a month.

Honestly the worst most unprofessional company I have ever seen, they are doing a co-op in Rutland right now off of nickel road, they were driving over the irrigation, pissing on the houses, swearing, fighting with there girlfriends , Brought there dog, friendly dog but let it rummage threw the neighbours with not watching it for 8-10 hours in the 30+ heat, throwing garbage and bottles everywhere on people's lawns porches gardens everything, even someone has a caution tape up for leveling they were doing n that Is where they put the ladder to climb now that is all ruined, they were telling at each other 8 in the morning swearing etc, n this is a family co-op so kids hearing and seeing all this. Just terrible ,I get it roofers have a rough job but the most unprofessional dirty, mouthy, just brutal company I have ever seen I hope you go under

Second time I worked for subcontractors that don't pay me.. They do good work no cutting corners but man jankey employers. .
