Beware!!! Ryder Roofing has a terrible reputation and anyone who works in the construction industry knows that their work cannot be trusted. They are unethical and will take advantage of you if given the opportunity...when you call to claim something under the supposed "warranty" that they give you, don't expect a call back because it's not going to happen. This is a poorly run business by people who are dishonest. I had them replace a roof and when I called & emailed them to ask some questions about the methods they used, the number of roof vents required according to code, etc, they never returned my calls or emails, even after leaving numerous messages. If you do business with them, you'll surely regret it.

I don't normally comment on companies but this one warranted some warning to other people. I have use this company for commercial work twice this year and had good service. But... Arranged to install roof top curbs and jacks and had scheduled date. Roofers didn't show up so called them to see what was up. Got told I was to phone a day in advance to confirm which was not the case. I told him this was not what we agreed in an earlier conversation. The guy told me to find someone else and hung up. The person who I was talking to was the owner of the company. Would give zero stars but site will not allow.

Zero stars! Called with a leaky skylight and they said they would come by in 2-3 days. No one came by, no one called. Called and left a message: no reply. Fixed it myself. This small customer will never become a big customer!

This is the first time I've had to get a roof re-shingled and Ryder was a great company to deal with. They were prompt to quote and the price with inline with other outfits. Their product (landmark shingles) was well reviewed so I was confident in the quality of the materials used. The staff were very friendly, and they worked very hard to get my roof fixed in December. I would definitely recommend Ryder Roofing.

Did our roof no problems, they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Roof vent flew off in the wind and they came back and put it on no charge. Definitely recommend.
