We are currently in the process of hiring another company to fix the awful work performed by Elite roofing. Elite roofing was originally contracted to replace the shingles on two of our strata/town home buildings. The guy that turned up initially appeared to be living in his truck on our property and was caught urinating on the neighbors property. The work performed on the first building was horrific and must now be fixed. A much more capable trades person was sent out to complete the second building after we raised concerns with Elite but it was too late to be left with any confidence in this company. Multiple attempts to have the work repaired under warranty were ignored. The workmanship guarantee has not been honored. I strongly recommend looking for another company if you are considering Elite. They we’re 14 weeks late on the agreed start date. The one roofer we got was definitely questionable. They left all sorts of garbage and even an old dish washer in the yard. It was 50/50 they’d even showed up. The work was not straight, uneven or clean. However, they had another crew finishing up the job and they were pretty good. They were efficient, a lot cleaner lines and nice flashing work. For that the original contractor would be a zero but the second was good! Last thing, I let the owner know 3 months ago we weren’t satisfied with are original work. He said he would be right over to look and sort the issue out. Never seen him since we first met about the qoute. Bummer, I don’t like leaving sour reviews but too bad.

HUGE WARNING: Stay away from this roofing company. We are building a new house, and their roof has failed less than a year after it was up. Our house isn't even finished yet and we have water leaking into one of the rooms and now have to redo the ceiling. Because of this company and the owner, Burc, we are having to redo our whole roof. The roofers that worked on our roof were arguing so loudly that our neighbours were yelling up at them to stop.

Owners word is worth nothing! We had a leak after new roof was installed and was promised multiple times that it would be repaired- never happened. Had to hire another roofing company to do repairs.
