Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothies and food is very good but the service is very uninspired. Feels like it's a depressing place to work.

Good food and smoothies. But customer service sucks! This was my first time there and I was on my lunch. The cashier walked away from me after asking me for my order. That was an awkward moment which is no big deal. I stood there for 10 minutes just to order. And then after I got my food I realized I needed more food and decided to go buy more food and they didn't even notice me standing there for more than a few minutes. I didn't have the time to wait again so I left. I recommend their food, but not when you are on your lunch break. Because how slow they are, you won't have enough time to eat and enjoy your food.

Very dissatisfied with my visit yesterday. I stopped in on my way through town for my favorite smoothie. First the counter person took my order incorrectly and overcharged me. She did correct it when I asked. But then the smoothie I received was the worst I have ever gotten at TSC. It was not blended well at all and every drink resulted in a ball of protein powder, YUCK. I shook and stirred and nothing helped. $6 smoothie in the garbage :(

This location turned my bad experience into a great one! They messed up my order but corrected it with giving me a free food item. Thank you and we will come back in the future

My smoothie was good after they kindly remade it, but the food sucked. I ordered the hummus veggie bowl, was pumped... and quickly disappointed when a bowl of romaine with a sprinkle of a few grains of rice and a tiny dollop of hummus on top was handed to me. Also - everyone working seemed "too cool" to be making smoothies.
